The project aims to improve quality of life in residential neighborhoods through:

- Improvement of road and pathway networks
- Creation of pedestrian and bicycle paths
- Development of lighting and municipal services
Timeline
Project work is scheduled to begin during the next quarter, with the first phase to be completed within 18 months. Targeted neighborhoods include:
- Al Narges District
- Al Malqa District
- Al Olaya District
- Al Sulaimaniyah District
- Al Worood District
Allocated Budget
A budget exceeding 500 million riyals has been allocated for this phase, with emphasis on community participation in priority selection and planning.
